You will have complete control of your site including root access and can make any changes you desire to the site to make it more effective. You will be responsible for your own Merchant Account if you choose to take credit cards and eChecks. You can get your own PayPal account and take credit cards and eChecks that way and have the money deposited directly into your own bank account.
