been blocked by us due to complaints. |

We validate the phone number against locale information
obtained from their browser, down to the NPA and NXX (area code
and exchange, in the US and Canada). |

We have minimum requirements rules for phones from all
countries. |

We make sure this lead hasn't already entered the system in
related companies for: -- 30 days (by email)
-- 30 days (by phone)
-- 5 days (by name)
Note: These requirements do eliminate some real potential
leads, but we err on the side of protecting your investment. |
If any of these tests fail, the lead is rejected and not
assigned to members. We manually check every rejected lead to make sure
we’re not being to aggressive, and spot-check leads daily to make sure
we’re being sufficiently diligent.
Note also that if a lead enters a wheel on the 31st day,
if that same lead re-enters the same or a related wheel, it can be
assigned to a member of a related company. That’s only fair – if they’re
still interested, and haven’t been closed yet, give another member the
opportunity to close them.
